The application process is different for every event. Click on the EVENTS link to see which activities your child would be interested in participating in. Many events are organized through school teams, and other extracurricular activities, while some events require a simple application process to participate.

Yes! While our International Golf and Tennis Championships are considered to be some of the best junior tournaments in the world, and the Parade has been well known throughout South Florida for decades, the JOBC holds many other events for kids and young adults. Did you know that the Junior Orange Bowl Committee holds an International Chess Championship? Or did you know that the Junior Orange Bowl Committee has a 3-day athletic event for the physically challenged known as the Sports Ability Games? From bowling to basketball, photography to writing, the Junior Orange Bowl Committee organizes a wide variety of events that provide opportunities to the youth of the world.
Junior Orange Bowl International Youth Festival events run from October through March.
The Junior Orange Bowl Committee (JOBC) is a non-profit organization that coordinates the Junior Orange Bowl International Youth Festival, which is a youth festival made up of over twenty athletic, artistic and cultural events created especially to make a positive difference in the lives of our youth. All the Junior Orange Bowl Committee's members are volunteers who donate their free time to help make each year more positive and more successful than the last.
